This online course will run from Friday night to Sunday morning, covering all the stages of making and baking sourdough bread. They’ll be lots of gaps throughout this time to allow participants to go and do other things. Once a place is booked participants will receive a bread making kit, including a starter, banneton (proving basket), HBK bread bag, and even flour. All you need is a working oven and an internet connection with Zoom. (N.B. places must be booked at least one week in advance of the course date to allow for postage)
