Description
A combination of roughly one third each of organic stone-ground spelt, white and wholegrain flour produces a soft chewy crumb and nutty subtle flavour. An ancient grain, wholegrain spelt is known for being high in protein, fibre and minerals. Contrary to some popular belief, spelt is NOT lower in gluten!
