Description
A hands-on sourdough baking class in the Hackney Bread Kitchen micro-bakery in East London, covering all the stages of making and baking sourdough bread, participants will bake three different kinds of sourdough, learn about maintaining a sourdough starter, kneading and shaping techniques, and explore the wonder that is long-fermented breads.
Participants are limited to four people so lots of chances for questions and help.
The price includes lunch and a bread-making kit to take home.
