Saturday 12th October FULL A hands-on sourdough baking class in the Hackney Bread Kitchen micro-bakery in East London, covering all the stages of making and baking sourdough bread, we'll bake three different kinds of sourdough, learn about maintaining your sourdough starter, kneading and shaping techniques, and explore the wonder that is long-fermented breads. Classes are limited to four people so lots of chances for questions and help. The price includes lunch and your own bread-making kit to take home.
